The reservation will be confirmed after the necessary advance payment, (usually is the30% of total payment). Reservations for whom, the advance payment has not been received will be cancelled after three days.
After your payment you must send us your Id or passport. Uppon arrival at the departure point, you will be asked to sign all necessary document for the charter of the boat and your payment completion.
The lessor must be over 18 years old.
Our fleet is fully equiped with all the necessary lifesavings items, have been serviced by authorized mechanicals, and have insurance for your maximum coverage.
Your tour/transfer or charter carried out normally, unless the wind at the departure point exceeds 6 beaufort or the Hellenic coast guard forbit it for any reason. In that case full refund is avalable, otherwise you can choose the next available day with out any other cost.
During your trip and before it, the use of alcohol, the use of substances that restrict or prohibit swimming is prohibited.
You can pay by Card (POS), e- banking transfer or cash before the departure of your trip. You can also pay any other option like wine, or tavern reservation during the trip.
Cancellation Policy
We want to ensure the maximum of our benefits, so we can fully refund your payment.
In case of cancellation 10 days before your trip in case of the weather condition make it forbiten < 6 Beaufort
In case of cancellation 10 dayseariler than the departure time, 50% of reservation payment is refundable
In case of cancellation 5 days earlier than the departure time, the reservation payment is not refundable.
Always you have the option of changing the departure time for any other available day with out an extra charge
