The brief was simple. I’m travelling with my 15 year old son and we like swimming, jumping off cliffs into beautiful water and good food. We trusted the skipper to assess the conditions on the day and make the call on where to take us. In my experience that is better than being prescriptive about a destination. Let them do their job. Christos was more than up to the task. He picked us up from Lavrio and we ended up spending three amαzing days exploring around Koufonisia. It ticked all our boxes and then some. We ate lunch together at a local restaurant and followed his suggestions on what to eat. I never would have picked cuttlefish risotto in Greece but it was the dish of our trip. While the boat was kick ass it is was Christos that made the experience so memorable. Great guy and I can’t speak highly enough of him. We shall be back!!
